First Update for the Modulo2 Theme

Just a quick note I have updated Modulo2. This update enhances compatibility with some 3rd party page plugins (e.g. Collage2, Carousel, Foto Album Slideshow, …) and also includes some more style variations.
Here is the changelog:

- Added color/opacity options for the Page Header, Content, Footer and H2 Titles (used by automatic accordion)
- Added an option to disable AJAX loading
- Incompatible Plugins can now be loaded in an iFrame which adds compatibility
- Submenu items for IE/Win (7+8) fixed
