USINE THEME - Colorful Overlays
The idea behind this theme was to get all that beautiful possibilities of semi-transparent layers overlaying nice pictures working cross-browser. Most of such effects are done using PNG images, which needs some hacks for IE/Win. Usine don't. Choose your image, your different colors and the amount of transparency and you have a wonderful site that simply works.

SOME FEATURES IN DETAIL
Transparent Layers
Possibly the coolest feature in the usine theme is you can add a transparency value to the different parts of the layout (sidebar, navbar, content). As it doesn't use transparent pngs, as used most, this technique works crossbrowser without any javascript hack. And: these colored semi-transparent layers can overlay several background image containers
Many BG Image Options
You can add several background images to the container and body and tell exactly where and how to render them. That way in addition to the transparent overlays you can build a very stunning site.
Easy Slideshow or Rotating Banners Creation
There are several ways to create a slideshow to present images or banners. In Usine I implemented a very easy way to create such slides using the jCycle plugin for jQuery - no Flash is used. Of course you can define what Transition you like to use (e.g. fade, scroll, zoom, ...) and set the transition duration and duration of the slides.
Includes the Galleria RapidAlbum Template
Presenting your images is very important and to present them in a nice and stylish way will set you apart from others. The Usine theme comes with a great gallery template for RapidAlbum: Galleria. Check out the preview in the Media Section.
Logo as a "Go Home" Button
This is an option often requested by RW users. In the Usine Theme the Top Logo acts as a link to your main page and is automatically setup correctly. No additional coding is needed.
Shadowbox
Ever wanted to have a cool AJAX effect on your site but it was too difficult to make it work? With the Camilo theme it is really easy as the Shadowbox Library is preinstalled! You probably already have seen shadowbox in action. It is also widely used on this site - actually this page is shown in shadowbox. The shadowbox system is similar to the lightbox ones, except you not only are able to open images in a translucent layer but whole websites and even other media like movies. So you can show additional information to the user without opening a new window or redirecting him to another site - and this means: he will stay longer on your site!

Automatic Photo Album Shadowbox
I implemented automatic shadowbox for photo album pages in Usine. Of course shadowbox is also available for other pages to present your media. What's more: I fixed some display problems with the standard shadowbox on iDevices like the iPhone and iPad. Now you can also use shadowbox on those devices.
Extra Content
The Usine Theme includes an Extra Content Container below the Navbar. This means you can add additional content to those places.

I have dropped support for IE6. This doesn't mean the theme doesn't work in IE6, I just won't invest a lot of time on correcting strange behaviours.
Plugins
Below you will find a list, what plugins are supported. Note that I only will give free support on the following plugins with the status "Supported". I always try to maximize the compatibility with many plugins, but I can't test them all (and sometimes the plugins use some code which makes it almost impossible to find a solution to fix problems). If you like to see if the theme supports a particular plugin I suggest you try out a demo version of the theme first and see yourself.
