1) How can I (re)download a theme
You can download purchased themes from the following page:

2) How do I install a theme?
Installing a theme is easy: just double click the theme file which has a suffix of "rwtheme". RW should start and install the theme for you. Afterward restart RW and you should see the theme in the theme list within RW. Note that all my themes start with the string "CA".
3) How do I migrate from the demo to the pro version?
Included in all pro theme downloads is a pro theme patcher tool. Run it and this should upgrade the demo version to the pro version. If this doesn't work, consider a clean install (described below)
4) Why do I get an error message when trying to use the image admin utility?
The image admin utility looks for the original theme to be at a specific place in your home directory (the standard directory for RW themes). If you receive a strange message, you should consider a clean install (described below).
How to do a clean installation
In this section I am going to describe how to do a clean installation. It depends on the theme you are actually using, so I use the general string "THEMENAME" for any of my themes
1) Quit RapidWeaver if it is running
2) Remove the old theme file from the following folder in your home directory:
Library/Application Support/RapidWeaver/CATHEMENAME.rwtheme
I also recommend to search for the file "CATHEMENAME.rwtheme" with spotlight and remove any found duplicates.
3) Start RW and see if the THEMENAME theme really doesn't show up in the themes drawer. If it does, control-click on the THEMENAME theme and choose "Delete CA THEMENAME" from the pop-up menu. Now everything should be clean.
4) Download the latest theme version. If you don't find the actual download information anymore, write a mail to: dlrequest@rapid-ideas.com
5) Install the theme by double clicking the file "CATHEMENAME.rwtheme" on the mounted disk image. Afterward, restart RapidWeaver.

I decided on stating very clear what support you can excpect from me. It is a fact that most of the time I invest is in helping users out their problems and questions. Many of the requests are regarding "customizing" their site (e.g. "I want to include this and that, how to do it?"). I hope you understand that I can't give free support on such topics.
