JOIN THE FUTURE
POP is a very stylish and colorful theme with advanced CSS 3 features. Many great design ideas don't need any javascript fixes, as they are totally optional. Forget about fumbling around with IE/Win problems. Just let the design work for you. And if it doesn't look the same on every browser: nobody cares!
This is the main idea behind pop: Don't try to simulate the same design on every browser. Let it work and render nice but differently. And what's best: without any future theme updates your site will get feature updates right out of the box, when new browser versions will be released. The new features are sleeping in the background until they will be woken up in near future.

THE HEADER IMAGES
In the POP theme you have the ability to use up to ten different header images, to adjust your page. And sure, there are ten nice default images included in the theme.
To make it very easy to exchange the default images with your own ones, a little utility called "POP Image Admin" is included in the theme. Just select your images, click on a button and all your images are copied at the right place.

CUSTOM COLORS
Starting with RW 3.6 you can now choose your very own colors for many parts of the page. Click on the color and select a new one with a standard OSX color chooser. Adjusting your design never was easier.
MANY STYLE VARIATIONS INCLUDED
The variations doesn't stop with the header images and custom colors. The POP theme has many more style variations included, like different widths, heights, sidebar location, transparency, image resizing and more.
MEDIABOX FOR GREAT WEB2.0 EFFECTS
In my former themes I included greybox, a nice javascript library to open content in an inline frame. In Pop I switched to mediabox, which is not only able to display websites and images but also many different file formats like YouTube movies, Flash animations, QuickTime Movies and more. It is also based on a library that is already included in the theme and keeps the file size to a bare minimum.
With mediabox it is even easier to load movies, as you don't have to create special html pages for them. Simply use the movie as an asset you added to the page and add the proper rel tag in the link setup panel. This will further described in the manual.

THE SPECIAL NAVBAR ADJUSTMENTS
Split Navigation
One of the special features is the handling of the navbar. First it does use a split navigation, where the top items are placed horizontally in the page header and all subpage items will be put in the sidebar. But this is only where the fun starts.
Morphing
You can set two morphing options for cool animation effects. I know that not everyone likes such effects, so it is fully optional to add the effects to the page. The morphing options are:
Opacity: All inactive items will be partly transparent, merging with the header background (color or image). When hovered with the mouse or they match an active page they become fully opaque.
Movement: When hovered with the mouse, the navbar items will expand with a smooth animation, making it even more clear, what section/tab is selected
Other features of the navbar
Round Tabs: If you enable Round Corners, the navbar tabs will get a nice round border
Transparency: You can set the navbar background and item background to be fully transparent. That way you can have only text sitting atop of the header. This may look great especially if you use a header background image.

Advanced CSS (Shadow, Fotoalbum Frame, Round Corners)
There are many advanced CSS 3 features added to the pop theme. Even not every browser supports these, they will be added to the browsers in future updates. Keep in mind what I have said in the introduction.
Shadow: You can set a nice drop shadow to the main container. At the moment only Safari 3 does support this feature
Fotoalbum Frame: You can also set a drop shadow to the photo album thumbnails. The same restrictions apply as discussed in the Shadow section above.
Round Corners: You like round corners? You can enable it in the style variations and your page will go from straight to round. This CSS feature is implemented in Safari and Firefox 2 + 3 at the moment. But in Firefox 2 the header image will not be "rounded" which doesn't look great. If you have many visitors browsing your site with FF2 I recommend you don't use a header image in combination with the Round style variation.

Plugins
Below you will find a list, what plugins are supported. Note that I only will give free support on the following plugins with the status "Supported". I always try to maximize the compatibility with many plugins, but I can't test them all (and sometimes the plugins use some code which makes it almost impossible to find a solution to fix problems).
