All my themes are tested to work with the following browsers:

  • Safari
  • Gecko based browsers (Mozilla, Firefox, Camino, ...)
  • Opera
  • Internet Explorer 6 and 7 on Windows

What about IE for Mac?
I had some requests that some of my themes don't work perfectly on IE Mac. I decided not to fully support that browser
anymore. It just needs too much time to fix all css bugs for only 0.3% of site visitors! Almost nobody uses IE for Mac
today. Another reason is that IE for Mac is dead. There will be no bugfixes, support or updates anymore. So the IE users on
Mac will certainly tend to 0%. I don't think that spending much time for bugfixing is valuable. It just makes no sense.
PayPal: I use the service by paypal to sell my themes. You can pay by credit card or e-check. If you never set up an account at paypal's site, you first have to register with their service. You can learn more about paypal's service at their site: http://www.paypal.com

International Bank Transfer: If you don't want or can't use paypal's payment service, you can also pay me by international bank transfer. But note that this takes much longer and you have to take the full transfer charges. If you like this payment option, please contact me, for further information.
After your purchase at paypal you will receive an email from e-junkie with the download link to the theme.
If you can't find the mail, maybe it was filtered out and you can find it in a junk mailbox or - what
also happened - the email could not be sent to you, because:

a) your mail address you typed in at paypal has some problems

b) your mailbox size (quota) has reached the max. size

In that case I cannot write back to you, so please try to contact me with a different mail address, if you have one.

If you have lost your theme, please contact me with the following information:
- your full name
- your mail address
- the name of the lost theme
- if available: paypal and/or e-junkie transaction IDs (in the mails you received after your purchase)

I will check your information in my database afterward and will send you the download URL.
Yes, you are. But with you are only allowed to sell your working time (e.g. customizing the layout, adding content, ...). But you can't sell the design itself on a flat rate (e.g. $300 for the design).
Before reporting a bug, make sure you tried the following:
1) Clear the publishing cache before publishing your site
2) Check your page if it contains valid code. You can do this with the W3C-validator here: http://validator.w3.org. If errors (not warnings) are shown, please correct your code first.

If the above does not help, procede as follows:

3) Test, if your pages show OK in other themes - best with the themes shipped with RapidWeaver.

If the page looks right in other themes but not with one you purchased here, you should send me a bug report. Please use the support request form to do so.
Even I have tested all my themes for IE/Win (6+7) compatibility, it is possible I haven't found all bugs yet. But before you ask for a support ticket, please make sure the following site preferences are set:

1. Disable the insertion of an XML-Prolog (in the page inspector for 1 page, in the site insepector for future added pages)

2. If this does not help, try setting the site output to "standard" and not "structured"

If the above steps do not help, you should send me a bug report. Please use the support request form to do so.
Yes, I can help, if the problem only exists with my themes. So, before asking for support, test the page with other themes. If this works well, you should send me a bug report. Please use the support request form to do so.
Yes, I also customize themes for you. But consider first if your wishes would be interesting for other customers too (e.g. a new layout feature, ...). If that is the case you can send me a feature request for the theme. Please use the support request form to do so. Afterward I will look on it and decide, if this feature can and will be implemented in a next theme update.
If the customization is only in your interest, I can work on it on a private basis, which means I also have to charge you for the work. In that case, please contact me, so we can talk about it and I can make an estimation.

I will give support on all purchased themes, but only concerning my themes. This means I am not taking responsibility for

  • other themes
  • 3rd party plug-ins
  • RapidWeaver in general

Sure you can still send me a note, asking for support, but there is no guarantee I can help you.

You can also get extended support including other themes, plugins and RapidWeaver. But this support will not be free. Please contact me for further information.

Yes, I do, whenever I find some time. If you want me to develop a theme especially for you, please send more information about your thoughts directly to me. It is also best, if you can attach some design ideas (screenshots, graphic files, URLs, ...), so I can have a further look on it and make an estimate for the project.
Generally you can do anything you want. But you are not allowed to:

• Sell a webdesign or other service based on my themes. But you may sell your worktime. To clearify it: You are not allowed to 
sell a design, as part of your service. e.g. you can't charge your clients $200 for a basic setup, as the design is part of it. But there 
is no problem to sell the work you make for them (hourly based).

• Sell the theme itself or customizations of the theme in any form.

• Publish any content found here elsewhere


Please also note that if you make any changes to the theme yourself, I can't provide you free support anymore. But you can always ask.
