What is Rapid Ideas

Rapid Ideas is a project by Richardet Design: Webdesign und Grafik. If you speak german, you probably want to check out our main site to gain more information about our business. Rapid Ideas main purpose is designing and selling Themes for RapidWeaver.

General Information about my themes

The website templates here work with the webdesign tool RapidWeaver for mac. These templates are professionally designed themes with many customization options. It is vital you know what you get, so please be sure to read the More Info page on each theme and download and test a demo version of the theme first.

Purchase Information

- All payment is handled through paypal and uses a service by e-junkie. After the payment has cleared you will receive a mail from e-junkie with the download instructions.

- All themes are 18.00 swiss francs (which is about USD $18 at the moment). The exchange rate will be automatically applied during the purchase.

- I have also setup some cart discounts, so the more you put in the cart, the less you pay for each product.

Support Handling

I decided on stating very clear what support you can excpect from me. It is a fact that most of the time I invest is in helping users out their problems and questions. Many of the requests are regarding "customizing" their site (e.g. "I want to include this and that, how to do it?"). I hope you understand that I can't give free support on such topics. So, what is supported for free then?

1. Get the theme running
I will assist you in getting your theme running, which means installation questions, downloading, upgrading, ...

2. Theme Bugs
2.1 I will give you free support on theme bugs when using the following page templates:

a) RW included page templates (e.g. Photo Album, Styled Text, ...)

b) 3rd party plugins which are listed on the theme's more info page and are marked as "tested and supported"

2.2 If the theme isn't working correctly with the following browsers and it isn't mentioned in the "more info" page of the theme:

Safari4, Firefox 3.5+, Opera10+, IE7, IE8 (in future updates)
